Come Play with Me!

So I missed my workout yesterday...cause my friend offered to buy me lunch at Haru, a great sushi spot not to far from the office. Ok I know you didnt think I was gonna make a 180 change over night! However I was pretty good. I had the Lunch special and when I was full.... I stopped eating. This is HUGE for me, because when something tastes great I will clear my plate on GP. Dont know if you have been to Haru lately but everything there tastes great.

Ok so my gym schedule is as follows M-F 1 hour cardio at 11:45am
Sun- Chest & Shoulders/Triceps
Wed- Legs/ Triceps
Fri- Back/Biceps
Sat- 10:45am cycling class @ nysc court st

  2. as soon as i move back home i'm right with you...except for me its running. i'm telling you girl this running this is off the chain. it slims your abs in a minute, plus it tightens the booty and gives yu those tight legs...cuz lord knows the cottage was trying to set in.

    anyway, i'm running the MORE marathon on March 25th. it's really a run/walk and not sure how my knees will be doning so i mite be walking more than running. anyway its looking like umi wont participate so i bet she'll let you can take her number and stuff if you ask.
