Fun on the Ice!

I went ice skating in prospect park on Sunday with Russatta, Oshadi & Medhane after a night of crazy partying at reggae retro with Lesley. I almost didnt make it cause I was just a tad hung over. But I one made a committent to spend more quality time with my son in the '007 and two I had invited Russatta along and was still feeling bad that due to my bad time management on Saturday, she elected not to join me for first Saturday at the Brooklyn Muse ;o(

So I pulled myself together sent her a quick text and headed over to the park. The weather was perfect not to cold and in my opinion warm enough to just wear a sweat shirt. I havent been ice skating in over a year and the last time I went was with my son's school. My son has progressed quick nicely and I was very impressed with the way he handled the ice. He was so comfortable that I was able to spend most of my time helping Russatta teach Oshadi, who has never skated before.
