Tomorrow is Valentine's Day

For some reason I have began to think about the men have come in and out of my life over the past 12 months since Valentine's Day 2006...
1. There was K... we hung out until late April. I had questions about his sexuality and he probably does also.
2. There was J..... who didn't work out because I couldn't handle his clothing choices ( much deeper story here).
3. There was C.... we still spend time together every now and again, but it is purely casual, and I know I am moments away from writing him out of my script.
4. There was T,... he had control issues and I to be truthful I just wasn't ready to be in a full fledge relationship.

So there you have it! 4 different men and none have made the cut.

So I decided to do something about my disappointment in the proposed salary increase offered in conjunction with my promotion at work. More to come soon...

Decisions...

So... I was being recruited by a Bank and being fast tracked thru the interview process, when I hit a speed bump. I don't know if I should take it as a sign from the universe that this position is not the right move for me to make.

In other news my current employer offered me a promotion and a new market to oversee. I am a excited for the change of scenery and a new challenge but, I am a little disappointed in the salary package.

These two opportunities occurred at the same time and the speed bump in the first one, required that I move forward with the second one. I am going to finish the interview process because I started it. But what do I do if they make an offer? should i let it go and move on with the internal promotion? I am confused and frustrated. While trying to make the best of the situation, I guess a girl could have worse problems!
