I did a walk thru- it is not my dream home but it is a good starter home ;o)
I filled out a mortgage application- he pulled my credit and didnt send me packing ;o)
I hired an attorney- she is friendly ;o)
I am looking for an inspector......
Given your credit history how are u affording this?
